It isn’t fair to judge the United States on a federal scale, because it is has too many local government bodies that do things their own way. Needless to say, we will look at the nation on a state by state basis to determine which locations are more lackluster than others. Here’s what each state does the worst…
Issue: Most youth smokers
‘Bama knows how to party, from an early age. Recently, they tried raising the legal smoking age to 19 but it didn’t do them much good. Maybe they should try lowering it to 13, thus having fewer “youth” smokers. You’re welcome Alabama.
Issue: Highest chlamydia rate
There aren’t many people in Alaska, so it makes sense that they all fool around with each other. Plus chlamydia makes urination feel like your urethra is burning, which comes in handy during the bitter chill of a far north winter.
